Our conference room seats 10, features a white board, 75 inch 4k TV for presentations, and prewired for electronics and computers.

When you inquire about an office or workstation, the business administrator will reach out to you to address any questions you have and learn more about your space needs. Our goal is to make your office search as painless as possible.

All services are included in the membership cost.

Your HQ offers a variety of options. Whether you’re looking for a private office, a shared workstation, or both. We’ve got you covered.

After submitting an inquiry for a membership, the business administrator will reach out within 24-48hrs to find out your space requirements and go over options with you.

Yes. When you fill out an inquiry form on the company website, include that you would like to tour the space. The business administrator will then reach out to facilitate a tour.

24/7 access to office, high speed internet, mail services, janitorial services, shared use of conference room and common areas, filtered water, snacks, 1 covered parking space (for monthly memberships of a private office), private desk during your entire lease term (if an office, you have complete privacy), file cabinet with lock, printing services (see prints included for each membership term), adjustable office desks and workstations, personal floor mats.

Repairs, maintenance, cleaning, electricity, ac/heating, kitchen usage

It depends on the length of your membership term. Monthly memberships include 200 B/W copies & 25 color copies per month; Weekly memberships include 25 B/W copies & 5 color copies per month; Daily memberships are by paid per print- $0.03 per each B/W copy & $0.10 per color copy. If you go over your monthly prints, you will be charged an overage fee.

  • B/W copies / printouts -$0.03 per page
  • Color copies/ printouts – $0.10 per page

There are no hidden fees. There are additional fees, if applied. Those include, late fee – 10%, key fob replacement- $50, service retainer fee (refundable), Set up fee (one-time for new members or new additional members).

The minimum membership would be our Daily membership at $60 per day for a work station and $99 per day for a private office.

No. You could select a daily, weekly, or monthly membership for any length of time.

Yes. You will be provided with a key fob that allows you access inside the building as well as your private office any time of day.

Once you have your membership agreement signed, you will download an app and can book directly from there during the available times.

Any uncovered parking spaces are available to the member.

One covered parking space is included with the monthly membership of a private office.

You are responsible for maintaining, at your own expense at all times during the term, personal property insurance and commercial general liability insurance covering you and your members for property loss and damage, injury to your members and your members guests or pets and prevention of or denial or use of or access to, all or part of the premises, in form and amount appropriate to your business.

Upon your membership agreement expiration date, you will receive a Renewal Agreement one month prior to your expiration date. You may terminate this membership agreement after the start date by delivering to us the Your HQ Exit Form (obtained by the business administrator) at least one full calendar month prior to the month in which you intend to terminate this Agreement. The termination will become effective on the last regular business day of the termination effective month.
